Do you have heaters on your patio? In the Summer, yes, but it is closed for the season. The patio will be reopening early Spring 2021.

Do you allow dogs on your patio? When open, yes, our patio is dog friendly! 

Do you have indoor dining? Yes, as of Friday, February 26 indoor dining is back! 

How does indoor dining work at the moment? If you know us, you know we do things differently here. Our service style for indoor dining is our online reservation system, Tock, is doing the heavy server lifting for us! All food must be pre-ordered and paid for via Tock when you make your reservation. You are welcome to add to your order, and order beverages once on site. Do you offer carry out? Yes. Please click here to view our carry out menu. If you don't see an item you were hoping to carry out, please give us a call and maybe we can get it for you! 

Do you offer delivery? Yes, we are offering limited in-house delivery within a 3 mile radius of the restaurant. Click here to view menu and place order for delivery.

What are your hours? We are open Thursdays - Fridays, 4 p.m. - 9 p.m., Saturdays, 10 a.m. - 9 p.m., Sundays, 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. *Please note our kitchen closes 30 min. before our marked closing time. We are closed every Monday and Tuesday so our staff may rest and rejuvenate, and for a limited time this winter we will be closed Wednesdays as well.

Does your menu change often? Yes, we try to source most of our ingredients locally - meaning our menu changes with the seasons! We do our best to keep our online menu updated with changes. 

Do you take reservations? Yes! Reservations are mandatory at the moment. They can be made via Tock.

How is service working at the moment? At the moment we are conducting most of our service via our online reservation system, Tock. You will pre-order and pre-pay for your meal online. You are welcome to order additional items, and beverages once on site. This is to minimize contact between staff and our guests so that we may all stay safe during this time, and so that our guests don't feel stressed about constant mask wearing once seated. We want you to enjoy yourself, and be safe while doing so!  

Do you have brisket and how do I get it? We offer brisket in our tasting menu - not on our A La Carte menu.  

How do you all feel about masks? WE LOVE THEM! They keep us safe, and able to operate. Guests may not enter our restaurant without a facemask, guests must wear a facemask when away from their assigned table, and when speaking with a Flat & Point employee. Please don't make us ask you to put on your mask - it makes us feel like your parent - and we don't want to be your parent, we want to be crazy & fun people who bring you tasty food and awesome drinks to enjoy! (P.S. - a sleeve or shirt does not count as a facemask.)

Do you offer vegetarian fare? Yes, we do! Some of our dishes are already made vegetarian, some can easily be modified to be (just ask!). We are also offereing a vegetarian tasting menu, both 3 course and 5 course. We are a meat heavy restaurant, but love our vegetarian guests and want to make sure they have a wonderful dining experience. 

Do you accept cash? At this time, we would really prefer credit cards. Change can be hard to come by, and credit cards are a bit more sanitary.
