- Interesting & White Wine -

Tavignano, Il Pestifero, Marche, Italy, Verdicchio (Pet-Nat) - $29
Bright & clean, with a soft bubble. Notes of green apple, white flowers, & jasmine.

Les Deux Moulins, Loire, France, Sauvignon Blanc - $24

Crisp, with a long-lasting mineral finish. Notes of lime, gooseberry, tropical fruits and a subtle grassiness.

Illahe, Willamette Valley, Oreg., Estate Gruner Veltliner - $34

Aromas of white flowers, and tastes of dried peach, honey and graham cracker. This wine is fermented partially in acacia barrels which offer herbal flavors and complex texture. Fun fact: This vineyard uses actual horse power to help transport grapes and mow!

Gramenon, La Vie On y Est, Cotes du Rhone, France, Viognier - $42
A unique viognier grown on 30 year old vines, and former maritime soils. Fermented with natural yeast, aged six months in barrels - but malolactic fermentation is blocked. Notes of citrus and flowers, medium-bodied, ample texture.

Subject To Change, Monterey, Calif., Chardonnay - $48
This is not your average California chard! Peach, lemon custard, and zippy acidity. Round texture and bright citrus. Whole-cluster pressed goes into neutral barrel to ferment for 5 months, and then in tanks for another 5 months. Unfined, unfiltered.

Sybille Kuntz, Mosel, Germany, Riesling (Orange) - $47

Troken (very dry) Riesling. Aged on the skins for 4 weeks, and on the lees for 6 months, this wine has tons of depth both in color and flavor. Bruised apple, carmel, & orange blossom.

Forlorn Hope, Queen of Sierra, North Coast, Calif., Field Blend - $33
A rosé blend of mostly Zinfandel, Barbera, & Tempranillo; this rose has hints of cranberry & tons of watermelon, with a wonderful mineral finish.

- Red Wine -

Pax Mahle, SuiSun Valley, Calif., Valdiguie - $45
A rare grape, that is perfect served slightly chilled. Hints of blackberry, tart raspberry, blueberry, and black pepper. This wine is a unique and fun pairing with our brisket.

Heger, Tuniberg, Baden, Germany, Pinot Noir - $32
Tuniberg is a sub-region of Baden with limestone soils and produces wines with zippy acid. Herbal and spicy with notes of black cherry, and underlining earth flavor profiles. Pairs nicely with our mushroom and truffle lasagna.

Pray Tell, Willamette Valley, Oreg., Gamay Noir - $49

Aged for 10 months in neutral French oak for texture, lots of fresh red fruit and white pepper up front. Very aromatic, hints of blueberry and elderberry. Balanced acid, low tannins, and calm minerality appears as it opens up.

Clovis, Cotes du Rhone, France, Grenache & Syrah - $26
This is a classic Rhone blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault. Red fruit, sweet spices, and a bit of tannic structure that drinks nicely with chicken & pork.

Thierry Germain, Les Roches, Loire, France, Cabernet Franc - $42
This producer is the OG of natural wines. This Cabernet Franc emphasizes red fruit aromatics, racy acidity, with hints of smoke, chocolate, & minerality. There is a touch of green pepper found from the Loire Valley. It is a perfect wine.

Haras De Pirque, Maipo Valley, Chile, Carmenere - $38
The carmenere grape is like Cabernet Sauvignon babys sister! Dark and intensely violet, rich in the nose with aromas of black fruit and spices. Soft texture and juicy with hints of dark chocolate and tobacco.
