Bright & clean, with a soft bubble. Notes of green apple, white flowers, & jasmine.

Les Deux Moulins, Loire, France, Sauvignon Blanc - $24

Crisp, with a long-lasting mineral finish. Notes of lime, gooseberry and a subtle grassiness.

Christina, Niederosterreich, Austria, Gruner Veltliner - $32

Unfiltered & fun! Lovely green notes, like ripe kiwi and honeydew, with touches of yeastiness and salinity.

Gramenon, La Vie On y Est, Cotes du Rhone, France, Viognier - $42
A unique viognier grown on 30 year old vines, and former maritime soils. Fermented with natural yeast, aged six months in barrels - but malolactic fermentation is blocked. Notes of citrus and flowers, medium-bodied, ample texture.

Pascal, Coteaux du Loir Blanc, Loire, France, Chenin Blanc - $34
Notes of pear, honey and creamy passion fruit. Lightly oaked, and balanced with acid. Wonderful with our charcuterie.

Sybille Kuntz, Mosel, Germany, Riesling (Orange) - $47

Troken (very dry) Riesling. Aged on the skins for 4 weeks, and on the lees for 6 months, this wine has tons of depth both in color and flavor. Bruised apple, carmel, & orange blossom.

La Bambina, Rosato, Menfi, Italy, Nero d'Avola Blend - $26
A rosé, beautiful herbascious & floral notes including thyme, oregano, and herbs de provenance. Lovely on a hot day!

Forlorn Hope, Queen of Sierra, North Coast, Calif., Field Blend - $33
A rosé blend of mostly Zinfandel, Barbera, & Tempranillo; this rose has hints of cranberry & tons of watermelon, with a wonderful mineral finish.

Field Recordings, Freddo, Paso Robles, Calif., Sangiovese - $29

This summer red is full of juicy strawberry and cherry notes. Some tannic structure allows this chilled red to stand up to meat.

- Red Wine -

Pax Mahle, SuiSun Valley, Calif., Valdiguie - $45
A rare grape, that is perfect served slightly chilled. Hints of blackberry, tart raspberry, and black pepper. This wine is a unique pairing with our brisket.

Heger, Tuniberg, Baden, Germany, Pinot Noir - $32
Tuniberg is a sub-region of Baden with limestone soils and produces wines with zippy acid. Herbal and spicy with notes of black cheery. Pairs nicely with lamb or duck (stay tuned for future menus).

Pray Tell, Willamette Valley, Oreg., Gamay Noir - $49

Aged for 10 months in neutral French oak for texture, lots of fresh red fruit and white pepper up front. Flower, blue fruit, and minerality appear as it opens up.

Clovis, Cotes du Rhone, France, Grenache & Syrah - $26
This is a classic Rhone blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault. Red fruit, sweet spices, and a bit of tannic structure that drinks nicely with chicken & pork.

Thierry Germain, Les Roches, Loire, France, Cabernet Franc - $42
This producer is the OG of natural wines. This Cabernet Franc emphasizes red fruit aromatics, racy acidity, with hints of smoke, chocolate, & minerality. It is a perfect wine.

Ontanon, Crianza, Rioja, Spain, Tempranillo & Garnacha - $30
Spicy and with balsamic touches, ripe berry fruits, truffles and mineral notes. Pairs nicely with red meat and Pate. Balanced very nicely between fruity and spicy aromas. A wonderful wine as we move into deep fall.
